What is the session fee?
The session fee is due at time of booking and is in addition to the package fee & additional products. Unfortunately I cannot book any sessions in until the session fee has been received. Once this is received I will send you the relevant information, specific to your chosen session.
What’s included in the session fee?
This is for my time during the session, travel, equipment, experience, access to a private online gallery and also my editing time.
Can I buy the Copyright to the images?
The digital images are print release only, the copyright remains with Laura Louise Photography.
Where do the sessions take place?
I am a mobile photographer so the session would take place in the comfort of your own home. I bring along my mobile studio and everything we need for the session.
When will my edited images be available so I can view them in the online gallery?
I aim to have them ready for viewing within 2 weeks of your session, although at busy times it could take up to 3 weeks. You will then be given a unique access code to view your gallery and the images will remain in the gallery for 7 days, giving you time to make your selections.
Are you insured?
Yes I am fully insured and I am also a member of BANPAS. This very well respected and recognised association was set up to promote safe working practices within the industry.
What do I do if my child is ill and I need to cancel?
Not a problem, as a mum of two girls myself I know children can become unwell from time to time. We can reschedule another date suitable for all of us.
What do I do if my child doesn’t participate on the day?
Ultimately, they are in charge and will determine how the session goes. Although good preparation before the session, in terms of naps & meal times is advised, I understand that children can be unpredictable. In the unlikely event of your child not participating, this is out of my hands and therefore any rescheduled sessions would incur an additional charge.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be issued to the value of your choice for full or part payment towards any session type . Sessions must be held within 6 months after they are issued, except for newborns, as these sessions need to be done ideally within the first 4-21 days after birth. Once the recipient has received their voucher, they can contact me directly to check my availability and book their session.
